This Gothic and mediavel style chateau carries seven centuries of history of history, built in 1250s.
The Graves region produces both red and white wines. Chateau Pape Clement carries on this tradition, with two hectares planted with white wine varieties:
Sauvignon, Sémillon and Muscadelle.
The rest of the vineyards grows Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Chateau Pape Clement has belonged to the select but very official Union of Grands Crus Classés de Graves since 1959.
